Gray Zone Warfare bets on scale rather than compactness. One massive, contiguous open-world map in Southeast Asia replaces the usual separate raid maps, letting players navigate between rival factions while gathering gear, building up bases, and planning longer, multi-hour operations instead of short raid cycles.
